1.Do you require booking? How to book?
A: Booking is highly recommended expecially for weekends, national holidays, and summer holiday.
You can book directly through our online booking engine(recommend), or email us at bmhostel@gmail.com, or phone us through 86-21-63043938.
If you email, please specify your arriving date, expected leaving date, number of persons in your group, type of room or beds to book, any requirements and contact method. We will reply within 24 hours.

2.How to get to your hostel?
A: Please take a look of our location page. Further questions, please feel free to email us at bmhostel@gmail.com. We will reply within 24 hours.

3.How to get the member price?
A: Apply for YHA membership. The membership will be valid for one year and will entitle you discounted member rates at more than 4000 hostels in 60 countries. You can apply YHA membership through YHA services in your own country or can apply at our hostel. The price for the membership varies depending on where you apply. We charge RMB70 for one year membership.

4.How can I get around?
A: Please take a look of our travel around page. You can also ask our front desk staff or email us if you couldn’t find your destinations.

5.Do you have curfew?
A: No. We are 24 hours open.

6.Do you provide image recording?
A: Yep. We offer CD-ROM burning service at friendly cost.
